One of the main reasons I&#8217;m working on the mountain. I have now had the chance to try both snowboarding and skiing. Initially wanting to learn snowboarding, I soon found that this was not a wise move for someone with previous back and rib injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have since turned my hand (or feet) to skiing and this is going much more successfully. Taking a bold step on my last day out, I headed out of the beginner area for some new terrain. After spending a large part of two hours trying to push myself back onto my feet, it&#8217;s safe to say I still have some work to do&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am far from disappointed however, my winter life, on and off the snow, is shaping up to be everything I hoped it would.
